VERBIER GIN Awarded Gold at DistiSuisse 2025/26

92 Points. Gold Medal. A proud moment for us all.

We are absolutely thrilled to share that VERBIER GIN has been awarded a Gold Medal — scoring 92 points — at the 2025/26 DistiSuisse Spirits Competition. It is a moment we are enormously proud of, and one we wanted to share with everyone who has been part of this journey.

What is DistiSuisse?

DistiSuisse is Switzerland's national spirits competition — the benchmark for quality and craft in Swiss distilling. Held biennially, it brings together the country's distilling industry to celebrate the very best spirits produced in Switzerland, with over 135 distilleries and nearly 800 products judged at the most recent competition.

The judging is rigorous. A professional 30-member jury, operating under the direction of Agroscope — Switzerland's centre of excellence for agricultural research — evaluates each spirit across appearance, aroma, taste, and overall impression over a three-day tasting marathon. Only the most outstanding products receive gold.

What this means to us

VERBIER GIN is born from the mountains — its Champex-Lac water, its local botanicals, its spirit. To have that recognised at a national level, amongst peers who represent the very best of Swiss distilling, means a great deal to us.

We are deeply grateful to the people of Verbier — the locals, visitors, bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs who have welcomed our little blue bottle and made it their own. This award is for all of you.
